Card Ordering Process
STEP 1 >
The client approves and signs off on the final card/carrier proofs for the program. Initial order quantity to be confirmed at this time.
STEP 2 >
The client approved card/carrier proofs are sent to the bank and network for final review and approval.
STEP 3 >
Once the bank and network approval has been confirmed, the program is set up with the printer/fulfillment house, and the plastic is produced.
STEP 4>
Once the plastic is produced at the printer/fulfillment house, the order is placed with the processor for the generation of card numbers, expiry, encoding, etc.
STEP 5 >
The file is sent to the printer/fulfillment house to prepare the card order.
STEP 6 >
The cards are shipped to DCR to complete final fulfillment requirements and then the order is shipped to the client.
Real-Time Card Loading
- Reload and use your card through a variety of options.
- Using our online electronic platform we can load cards via ABL corporate load or via cardholder reload.
- Once funds are loaded, cardholders can use the card to make purchases at millions of merchant POS (Point of Sale) locations, to withdraw funds at most ATMs around the world, and to shop online.

Card Activation Process
Card Activation
- Cards are fulfilled and mailed to the Cardholders
- Cardholder receives the card in the mail
- Recipients will visit www.trucash.com to Activate their card
- For Corporate Load – once activated, funds are loaded and are available for immediate use
Additional Loading Options
- Option to load the Primary card with Credit or Debit card
- Once loaded cardholders can complete a Card-to Card transfer to Secondary cards (if required)
- Once funds are on the cards – they are available for use immediately
